Indoor High Intensity Workout
/Is it too cold outside to run or even head over to the gym? Here is a fast paced workout that you can do at home with nothing but your own body weight:
50 Jumping Jacks, 10 Burpees, 20 lunges, 25 Squats, 25 pushups, 1 min. plank. Repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes
You'll be exhausted and feeling great at the same time!
